When you provide Hipokratiz access to your account on these services, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable us to access that Google API services, however you will provide your login information, like your password, directly to Google (and not to Hipokratiz).

Text Information. We may facilitate text messages between you and your customers via Google API services. In the process, we may receive information about these communications, such as the date and time of the SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of any GMB (Google My Business), Text and SMS messages.


User Feedback. We receive information about review and surveys and give our clients information about ratings and reviews.


Profile Information. Inferences drawn from any of the information above to create a profile about you that may reflect, for example, your preferences, characteristics, and behavior, including for account security purposes or to enhance our Services to you.


Information you provide to Third Parties. If you choose to link our Services to a third-party account such as Google API services, we may receive information about you, including your profile information, photo, and use of the third-party account.

Disclosure on Your Google User Data Information Collected Via Google API services:


We only collect critical information necessary to implement our application.


We don't request access to information that we don't need: We only request access to the minimal, technically feasible scope of access via Google API services that is necessary to implement existing features or services in our application, and we limit access to the minimum amount of data needed.


We request permissions in context where possible. We request access to Google user data in context (via incremental auth) whenever we can, so that you understand why we need your google user data.


We do not misrepresent what data is collected or what we do with Google user data. We provide up front information with you so that you can make an informed decision to grant authorization.


We disclose all user data that we access, use, store, delete, or share, as well as any actions we take on a user's behalf.


We are not permitted to access, aggregate, or analyze Google user data if the data will be displayed, sold, or otherwise distributed to a third party conducting surveillance.
